She's a Jill-of-all-trades and can help you poorly manage anything from maintenance and leasing to bookkeeping and legal compliance to even her own Chapter 7 bankruptcy fraud!

She scams wealthy men into getting her pregnant, then hauls them to family court to bleed them for the maximum amount of child support.

Nicole doesn't actually work for Hilton Mismanagement. She is LeAnn's Half-sister. To make her company appear more legitimate and like it has real employees, she tells clients that Nicole is an employee. Occasionally, LeAnn gets Nicole to write fake 5 star reviews of Hilton Management.
In all likelihood, LeAnn just made a fake Hilton email address for Nicole and then logs in herself and answers client emails as Nicole. Total lie.
